4 / Body Practice | Fire
Somatic practice that dearmors the overlaid templates. Movement that takes what the inner work has opened and gives it somewhere in the body to land and live. Because a shift that doesn't reach the body remains a concept & you have enough concepts.

I'm Athenae.
Devotia is what I wish existed when I was drowning in disillusionment.
Grounded practices. Free of Spiritual fluff. At an accessible price point. So I could just get into it and find my footing.
The most life changing things that helped me early on. Were accessible, practical tools. Although they came through existing belief systems that stifled what was coming through me. Resulting in me needing to find my way back to my own inner transmission.
It's my intent that the work here is stripped back to the purely practical energetics and esoteric structure. To facilitate you mining for your own transmission, Spirit and medicine.
